Returning Merchandise
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RA number from our customer service department no later than 10 days after receipt of merchandise. You can email us at returns@intercomsupplies.com or phone the manufacturer at (516) 387-6606.
You may return any unused/unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less restocking fees if applicable and less shipping charges. No used merchandise, merchandise with markings on them, or merchandise with missing parts will be accepted/credited.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on certain items. Please make your selections carefully.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

– Full name and address
– Phone number
– Packing slip
– Your reason for returning the merchandise
Please return merchandise to the manufacturer in care of:

For security, please return your merchandise with a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)
We are not responsible for non-trackable merchandise sent back to us.
